To ensure that you receive your custom painting kit as quickly as possible, we do not send digital previews or proofs prior to production by default.
Waiting for email approvals can delay the manufacturing process by several days, and we know you are excited to start painting! Here is how we ensure your kit turns out perfectly without a preview:
1. Trust Our Expert Designers
Every single photo uploaded to our website is manually reviewed by our expert design team before it goes to print. We know exactly what makes a great Paint by Numbers. We will automatically adjust the lighting, contrast, and crop the image to guarantee the best possible result on canvas.
2. We Will Contact You if There's an Issue
If your photo is too blurry, too dark, or will not translate well into a painting, we will not print it blindly. We will pause your order and email you immediately to ask for a better photo. If you don't hear from us, it means your photo was perfect and is already in production!
3. Want a preview anyway? (Optional Add-on)
We understand that some customers want absolute peace of mind. If you would like to see a digital mock-up of how the software translates your photo into a painting before we print it, you can purchase our "Digital Proof" service on the product page.
- Please note: Requesting a Digital Proof will add an additional 2-4 business days to your order's Processing Time, as production cannot start until you reply to our email and approve the design.
