We know you are excited to start painting your masterpiece! However, because every Custom Paint by Numbers kit is 100% personalized and made from scratch, it cannot be shipped immediately like a regular off-the-shelf product.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for Processing and Production before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Why does it take this long?
During these [3-5] business days, our team is hard at work crafting your unique kit:
- Day 1: Our designers manually review your photo, adjust the lighting, and run it through our software to create the numbered blueprint.
- Day 2-3: We custom-mix the exact acrylic paint colors needed for your specific image and fill the pots by hand.
- Day 4-5: Your canvas is printed, the paints and brushes are packed together, and your kit passes a final quality check before being boxed up.
Important Things to Note:
- Business Days: Production time only includes Monday through Friday. It does not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Time is Separate: The 2-3 days is only the time it takes to make your kit. Once it leaves our facility, the shipping time will depend on the delivery method you selected at checkout. (Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time).
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, or Black Friday), production time may be extended to 2-5 business days due to the sheer volume of custom orders.
