Paint by Numbers kits make incredible and thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries! If you are sending a kit directly to a loved one, here is everything you need to know about our gifting options:
1. Will the recipient see the price?
Absolutely not. We know many of our orders are gifts, so we never include paper invoices, receipts, or price tags inside the package. The only person who will see the price is you (the buyer) via your email order confirmation.
2. Can I include a personalized gift note?
At this time, our production facility is highly automated to ensure fast shipping, which means we are unable to print and insert custom physical gift notes into the packages.
- Tip: We recommend sending a thoughtful text, an e-card, or mailing a separate physical card to the recipient to let them know a special package is on the way!
3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer decorative gift wrapping (like wrapping paper or bows). Because our packages travel a long way through international postal networks, standard decorative gift boxes often get crushed or dirtied in transit.
Instead, we focus on secure, heavy-duty packaging (such as hard cardboard tubes or sturdy boxes) to ensure the canvas and paints arrive in pristine, unwrinkled condition—ready to be gifted!
4. Not sure which photo or design to choose?
If you are buying a gift but aren't sure which picture they would like to paint, take the guesswork out of it! We offer E-Gift Cards. They are delivered instantly via email and allow the recipient to choose their own perfect design or upload their own custom photo.
