1. How are Gift Cards delivered?
We offer E-Gift Cards (Digital).
- No physical plastic card will be mailed to you.
- Immediately after your purchase, the Gift Card will be sent directly to your email address.
- You can then easily forward that email to the recipient, or print out the email and place it inside a physical greeting card to hand to them in person!
2. How do I redeem a Gift Card?
It's very simple! The recipient will receive a unique code in their email. When they are ready to check out on our website, they just need to enter this code into the "Discount code or gift card" box on the checkout page, and the value will be automatically deducted from their order total.
3. Important Gift Card Policies
- No Expiration Date: Take your time! Our gift cards never expire.
- Balance Tracking: If the order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for future purchases. (If the order exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount can be paid with a credit card or PayPal).
- Covers Everything: Gift cards can be used to pay for products, shipping fees, and taxes.
- Non-Refundable: Please note that gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. All gift card sales are final.
