Here is everything you need to know about our automated email updates:
1. The Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you complete your purchase, our system automatically sends an Order Confirmation email containing your receipt and order number (e.g., Order #1024).
Didn't receive it? Here is why:
- Spam or Junk Folder: Please check your Spam, Junk, or Gmail "Promotions" folder. Sometimes, automated emails get filtered there by mistake.
- Apple Pay or PayPal Checkout: If you used express checkout methods like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal, the receipt is automatically sent to the email address linked to that specific account (which might be an older email address you rarely check).
- Typo in your email address: It happens to the best of us! You might have accidentally typed ".con" instead of ".com" during checkout.
2. The Shipping & Tracking Confirmation Email
You will not receive your tracking number immediately after checkout.
Once your kit has been printed, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a second email: the Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Standard Kits: Usually ship within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Kits: Require 3-5 business days for design and production before shipping.
Still can't find your emails?
Don't panic! We have a record of your order. Please send an email to service@paintsuper.com with the Full Name and Shipping Address you used at checkout. Our friendly customer support team will locate your order, update your email address, and resend your confirmation right away!
