We know you are excited to receive your Paint by Numbers kit, and we want to keep you updated every step of the way! You can easily track your order's progress from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Check your Email Updates
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a second email: your Shipping Confirmation email, which contains your unique tracking number.
- Tip: If you cannot find these emails, please check your Spam/Junk folder or the "Promotions" tab in Gmail!
2. Understanding Your Order Status
If you log into your account on our website, or click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email, you will see one of the following statuses:
- Confirmed / Processing (Unfulfilled): Don't worry, "Unfulfilled" does NOT mean there is a problem! It simply means our team is actively printing your canvas, mixing your paints, and packing your order. (Note: Custom kits take 3-5 business days to produce).
- Fulfilled / Shipped: Great news! Your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier. A tracking number is now attached to your order.
3. How to Track Your Package
Once your order is marked as "Shipped", you can track its exact location.
- You can click the tracking number directly inside your Shipping Confirmation email.
- Or, you can copy your tracking number and paste it into our Track Your Order page.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Please do not panic! When your tracking number is first generated, it means the shipping label has been printed, but it may take 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to scan the package and update the system.
Additionally, for international shipments, tracking may pause for a few days while the package is flying on a plane or passing through Customs. It will resume updating as soon as it is handed over to your local post office (like USPS or Royal Mail).
