Creating an account with us makes it easy to check out faster, view your order history, and save your favorite Paint by Numbers designs!
Here are the answers to the most common questions about managing your account:
1. I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Don't worry, it happens to the best of us!
- Go to our Login page.
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
- Check your inbox (and Spam/Junk folder) for a password reset email and follow the link to create a new password.
2. I checked out as a Guest. Can I still track my order?
Absolutely! You do not need an account to buy from us or track your order.
Whenever you check out as a guest, we will still send the Order Confirmation and Tracking emails directly to the email address you provided at checkout.
3. How do I link my past guest orders to a new account?
If you bought from us as a guest in the past and want to create an account now, simply go to the Sign Up page and create a new account using the exact same email address you used for your previous purchases. Our system will automatically link your past order history to your new account!
4. How do I update my shipping address?
You can log into your account at any time to update your default shipping or billing address for future purchases.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING: Updating the address in your account profile will NOT change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed. If you need to change the destination of an active order, you must email service@paintsuper.com immediately within our 12-hour modification window.
5. How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
We love sharing painting tips and new arrivals with you, but if you want to take a break from our emails, you can easily unsubscribe. Simply scroll to the very bottom of any promotional email we have sent you and click the "Unsubscribe" link.
