Whether you want to track a current package or remember which beautiful Paint by Numbers design you purchased last year, viewing your order history is very simple!
Please read the instructions below based on your situation:
1. If you already have an account:
- Click the Profile/Account icon (usually located in the top right corner of our website).
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Once logged in, you will be taken to your Account Dashboard.
- Here, you will see a complete list of your past and current orders. You can click on any specific Order Number (e.g., #1024) to view the purchased items, shipping address, and tracking status.
2. If you checked out as a "Guest" previously:
If you did not create an account during your previous purchases, you won't be able to log in to see your history right away. But don't worry, you can easily link them!
- Go to our Sign Up page.
- Create a new account using the exact same email address you used when placing your previous guest orders.
- Once your account is created, our system will automatically sync all your past purchases made under that email address into your new account dashboard!
3. I logged in, but an order is missing. Why?
If you are logged in but cannot find a specific order, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Different Email: You may have used a different email address (like a work email or a spouse's email) to place that specific order.
- Express Checkout (Apple Pay/PayPal): If you used Apple Pay or PayPal, the system automatically uses the email address tied to that specific payment account, which might be an older email you forgot about.
- Typo: You might have accidentally made a typo in your email address during checkout (e.g., typing .con instead of .com).
