Forgot my password

Account management, passwords, wish lists, and order history.

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Resetting your password is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to our Login Page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the login button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
  4. Check your inbox. You will receive an email with a secure link to create a new password.
  5. Click the link, enter your new password, and you are good to go!

I didn't receive the password reset email. What should I do?
If you requested a password reset but didn't get the email within a few minutes, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • It went to your Spam/Junk folder: Please check your Spam, Junk, or Gmail "Promotions" folders. Search for an email from our store.
  • You checked out as a "Guest" previously: This is the most common reason! If you have purchased from us before but checked out as a Guest, or if you only signed up for our newsletter at the bottom of our website, you do not actually have an active account yet. Our system cannot reset a password for an account that hasn't been created.
    • How to fix it: Simply go to the Sign Up page and create a new account using your email address. All your past guest orders will automatically sync to your new account!
  • Typo in your email: You might have accidentally misspelled your email address when you originally created the account (e.g., typing .con instead of .com).
