We want your custom painting to turn out absolutely perfect! To achieve this, our design team performs basic optimizations on every photo, but there are limits to the edits we can make.
Here is a clear guide on what is included with your order and what we cannot do:
✅ What is INCLUDED for free (Basic Optimization):
You don't need to ask for these; our expert designers will automatically do them for you to ensure the best painting result!
- Cropping: Centering the main subjects and trimming unnecessary backgrounds to fit your chosen canvas size perfectly.
- Color & Lighting Correction: Slightly brightening dark shadows or adjusting contrast so the details show up clearly on the canvas.
❌ What is NOT INCLUDED (Advanced Photoshop):
Our software is designed to turn existing photos into beautiful paint-by-number templates, not to alter the reality of the photo. Therefore, we cannot accommodate the following requests:
- Removing people, objects, or complex backgrounds.
- Combining multiple different photos into one image.
- Changing the color of clothing, hair, or eyes.
- Retouching physical appearances (e.g., removing wrinkles, making someone look thinner, opening closed eyes).
What if I really need an advanced edit?
If you absolutely need a person removed or a background changed, please have the photo edited by a professional before you upload it to our website.
Alternatively, you can email our support team before placing your order to see if your request is possible. If our designers can fulfill it, we will send you an invoice for an Advanced Photo Editing Fee (typically 15−15−25) depending on the complexity of the work.
