I uploaded the wrong photo, can I change it?

Support for photo changes, orientation issues, and revision requests.

Yes, you can! However, because custom kits are sent to our design team very quickly, you must act immediately.

We offer a strictly enforced 12-hour window from the moment you place your order to change your photo or cancel the order.

How to change your photo within the 12-hour window:
Please DO NOT place a new order. Instead, send an email to service@paintsuper.com following these exact steps:

  1. Subject Line: Must include "URGENT PHOTO CHANGE" and your Order Number (e.g., URGENT PHOTO CHANGE - Order #1024).
  2. Message: Briefly explain that you uploaded the wrong photo.
  3. Attachment: Make sure to attach the NEW, correct photo in high resolution to the email.

Our customer support team will manually update your order file before it goes to the manufacturing line.

What happens if 12 hours have passed?
Once the 12-hour window has closed, your original photo has already been processed by our software, the canvas has been printed, and your specific paint colors have been custom-mixed.
Because every kit is 100% personalized, we cannot stop the production process, and we cannot offer a free replacement or a refund for uploading the wrong photo.

What if it's too late, but I still really want to change it?
If your order is already in production but you absolutely need to change the photo, please contact us anyway. While we cannot change the current order for free, we can offer you a 50% Discount Code to cover the raw material costs of starting a brand new kit with your new photo.
