1. No Prices or Invoices Inside the Box (Gift-Ready!) 🎁
You can confidently ship the order directly to your recipient's address! We are a paperless, eco-friendly company. We never include physical invoices, receipts, or price tags inside our packages. The only person who will see the price is you (via your email receipt).
2. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer traditional gift wrapping (such as wrapping paper or ribbons).
- Why? Because your custom painting travels a long way to reach its destination, our primary focus is on protection. We use heavy-duty, reinforced packaging (like thick cardboard boxes or hard protective tubes) to ensure the canvas and paints arrive in pristine condition. Unfortunately, decorative wrapping paper would likely get torn or crushed during the international transit process.
3. Can I include a custom gift message?
Because our production facility is highly automated to ensure fast shipping times, we are unable to print and insert personalized gift notes inside the boxes at this time.
- Our tip: We recommend sending a thoughtful digital e-card to your loved one, letting them know a special, custom-made package is on its way to their doorstep!
