At this time, our system only allows for one shipping address per order.
Because each Custom Paint by Numbers kit is carefully manufactured and packaged specifically for the recipient, we need to generate a unique shipping label and tracking number for every destination.
How to send gifts to different people:
If you are purchasing multiple kits to send to friends or family members living in different locations, please follow these steps:
- Add the item intended for the first person to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter their specific shipping address.
- Complete the payment for that order.
- Return to our store and repeat the process for the next person!
What about Free Shipping or Volume Discounts?
Please note that shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and volume discounts (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 10% Off") are calculated per order, not across multiple separate orders. Since each package is shipped individually from our facility to a different destination, shipping costs apply to each address separately.
I already placed an order but put multiple addresses in the "Order Notes"!
If you placed a single order but left instructions in the notes to ship to different locations, we will place your order on hold. Our customer support team will contact you to cancel and refund the original order so you can place them again correctly. We cannot manually split a single order into multiple shipments.
