- Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You can still select PayPal at checkout and use their "Guest Checkout" feature to pay with your credit card without needing to create an account.
What currency will I be charged in?
While you may be able to view our prices in your local currency using the currency converter on our website, all orders are ultimately processed and checked out in [USD - US Dollars] (Note to seller: Change this if your store's base currency is different).
If your credit card or bank account is in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount based on their current exchange rates.
Help! My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your credit card is declining at checkout, it is usually blocked by your bank's automated security system, not by our website. Here is how to fix it:
- Check your Billing Address: Ensure the billing address and zip/postal code you entered exactly matches the one registered to your credit card. (A mismatched zip code is the #1 reason for declined payments).
- Try a different payment method: If your card keeps failing, try using a different credit card or select PayPal.
- Contact your bank: Call the phone number on the back of your card and tell them you are trying to make a valid online purchase. Once they approve it, you can try checking out again.
